CRITERIA FOR SUPPLIER APPROVAL:<\/strong><\/p>

The requirements for initial approval of vendors are:<\/p>

  • PRICE: Established in the budgeted price range.<\/li>
  • DURABILITY: Meeting certain quality standards.<\/li>
  • QUALITY: ISO 9001, EU conformity marking or similar.<\/li>
  • SERVICE: Within established deadlines, service to all centers.<\/li>
  • CONFIAN\u00c7A: Relationship of closeness and trust. Response to unforeseen events.<\/li>
  • PROXIMITAT: Priority will be given to local companies.<\/li><\/ul>

    The requirement for supplier follow-up<\/strong> is that no more than 2 nonconformities are recorded for the product or service purchased, with a maximum of 4 incidents per year, resulting in an average of =1 nonconformity per year.
    Follow-up is quarterly.<\/p>
